Backflow Prevention
What is RPZ testing?
Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) assemblies prevent contaminated water from flowing back into the drinking water supply. Annual testing is a legal requirement in most commercial and industrial settings, and must be conducted by a certified tester with results lodged with the relevant water authority.
What we offer
Annual Testing & Lodgement
Our certified testers carry out your annual RPZ inspection, provide the test report, and lodge results with the relevant authority. Once your RPZ is on our database, we contact you automatically each year — you don't need to track it yourself.
Repairs & Maintenance
If your RPZ assembly fails a test or requires repair, we carry the parts and can complete the work on the same visit in many cases. We hold extensive stock across all major assembly types.
Certified Installation
New RPZ assemblies supplied and installed to the relevant Australian Standards and water authority specifications. We advise on the correct assembly for your application and install it correctly the first time.
TMV — Thermostatic Mixing Valves
Thermostatic mixing valves are now a standard requirement in aged care, medical, and childcare facilities. They prevent scalding by blending hot and cold water to a safe delivery temperature.
What we offer:
TMV installation in new facilities
Certification of existing TMV systems
Ongoing maintenance and annual certification where required
Our certified TMV installers have experience across aged care, hospital, and childcare facilities throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.
